Aim. To analyse the levels of serum beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG) and pregnancy-associated plasma protein A (PAPP-A) in pregnant women without fetal chromosomal abnormalities with trisomy 21 (Down syndrome) or 18 (Edwards syndrome).
